DCS Warranty Terms
HOW DO I FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
The warranty begins at the original date of purchase.
Your warranty is valid with the proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
DCS in most cases will replace faulty products that are within the warranty period.
Warranty may not be valid if the DCS have been dropped or misused.
Product warranty period: 2 year warranty.
Customers are responsible for the expenses associated with shipping items to for warranty claims including insurance and tracking.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
DCS is not responsible for any loss or damage before receipt of your item.
Send the DCS to the following returns address :
475 New South Head Rd, Double Bay NSW 2028.
Please provide:
1) a copy of proof of purchase along with the DCS.
Do not send the box, attachments, accessories, bristles , nozzles, or bags as they will not be returned.
After your package is received it will be processed through the quality control department to validate the authenticity of the device and the hairstyling device will be tested. If we deem the tool defective a replacement tool will be issued.
We always aim to handle your return within 14 business days of receipt. Packages are processed in the order that they are received.
